Several more links work now.  I have updated the "submissions" page with several images from Dr. Sniper and Geonix...take a look!  I will not list all the new working links simply because I do not remember which ones are new...errr.  So, look around.

As far as graphics and submissions goes, I will practice equal representation.  No favoritism here, damnit!  In that spirit I decided to make my first attempt at graphics the "image of the day".  It is not very fancy and I am not very good at it.  I call it "floating vanity"...hehe.

Also, if you look under "US Server" you can read about the status and progress of our server, courtesy of RANDOCOMMANDO.

Ok, right now the following links are operational on this site: Articles, Active Members, Submissions, FAQ, mIRC, Files/Demos, Contact, and US Server.  I am working hard to get this finished soon.  I have been getting some nice feedback on the site and I thank you all for that, makes it feel like it is really worth spending all this time on the project. 

Also, I know we have some good talent in the clan as far as graphics goes.  I am currently looking for an image to replace the main Universal Soldiers logo on top of this page.  If you have the time and desire to make something let me know.  Just keep it simple and preferably somewhat uniform...=)  There is also a new "Image of the day" that was submitted by Dr. Sniper.  He has some more images that I am working on getting uploaded on the submissions page.

We have a new website layout, and you are looking at it.  I have been slaving over this thing for days so if you do not like it I will beat the crap out of you.  This site is by no means finished but most of the links should work.  I am really tired right now and I just noticed a broken link and I still have a lot to do so...caveat emptor.

We are getting closer to finalize the Universal Soldiers server.  RANDOCOMMANDO has a test server running in order to iron out all the bugs before the new phat pipe comes online on the 25th of January.  Use the US Server menu to find out more about the status and progress of the server.  

We will play =PM= on the 20th of January.  More exact times to come later.  Make sure you talk to Exterminator or Geonix if you want to play.  If you do not let them know that you can/want to play they will not slot you for the match.

We have challenged =PM= (Project Mayhem).  This is our chance to get revenge for the last match we played. Date to play will come soon.  Please let Geonix or Exterminator know if you can play.

Also, RocketEater was very clear that he wanted me to let you know that he finished first on the map 2Castles, when we played ITT, even though he had the worst ping of everyone on the server....not very modest!

Uploaded some more demos today from Exterminator and Grim.  If you want share a demo with the other clan members email them to me.  Several people have asked me questions about how to make/view demos.  I will update the FAQ to include more detailed information on how to make demos.  

Also, it is inevitable that I will run out of space on the web server I am using.  I currently have 36mb of just demos.  If you have a corner of the web with some space available I would really appreciate it if I could upload some demos to it.

We defeated IT Terrorists today.  Look on the demos page for a download.  I don't know about you but the last game was a little tedious.  I did not get the regular "rush" that I usually get when we play a match.  Oh well, we won and that is all that matters, I guess.  If you have any opinion(s) on this leave them in the forum.

We have been challenged by {ITT} (IT Terrorists).  We will play on 5 Jan 2001 @ 8:00pm EST.  The maps we will play are: Slab3, 2Castles and Lanfear as tie.  Ask Geonix or Exterminator to see if you are playing.

Got some more demos uploaded on the demos page.  Take a look at the one Exterminator did for Slab, interesting.  Was that RocketEater I saw on offense?  Other than that nothing new here, I guess we will find out shortly if we are going to challenge Fallen Angels or not.

We played Hell Fire Clan (HFC) today and we defeated them.  Look under demos to download a demo from the match.  The screenshots are up too. Both the Offense and Defense team did an awesome job.  This is what it is all about...Good Job!!!

We have had some good practices the last few days.  We still need more people to show up.  It is usually only 6 or 7 of us that show so far....!

We also need to get everybody on the same sheet of music when it comes to the communications commands.  I have made a generic .cfg file that will give you the basics.  After you look at it just cut and paste the commands into the class .cfg file in your \wfa directory.  It is imperative that we communicate with each other.
